The Site is intended for informational and business purposes and is not directed toward consumers seeking personal financial products or services.

College Tuition Points may provide potential tuition savings when properly redeemed through participating educational institutions and subject to applicable program rules. The number of College Tuition Points available can vary by program and may include programs offering 8,000 or more College Tuition Points. Each point may represent $1 in potential tuition savings when redeemed according to the applicable program and participating institution's requirements.

Actual redemption is subject to applicable eligibility requirements, participating institutions, tuition charges, redemption limits, program requirements, expiration provisions, and other applicable restrictions. Tuition Donation does not guarantee that every recipient will be able to redeem the maximum stated number of points or achieve a particular dollar amount of tuition savings.

Participating institutions, program availability, eligibility, and redemption terms may change at any time without notice. Tuition Donation does not control the independent policies, admission decisions, tuition rates, academic requirements, or other decisions of participating educational institutions.

The list of participating institutions is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to change. Tuition Donation makes no representation that any particular institution will continue to participate in any program.

Receiving College Tuition Points does not guarantee or imply any of the following:

• Admission to any college or university
• Eligibility for enrollment
• Financial aid or scholarships
• Graduation or academic success
• A specific amount of tuition savings
• Any particular educational outcome

All admission, enrollment, and academic decisions are made independently by the applicable educational institution according to its own policies and requirements.

Tuition Donation may assist eligible nonprofit organizations in identifying and applying for potential marketing or advertising grant opportunities, including opportunities that may provide up to $10,000 in marketing support where available.

Tuition Donation does not guarantee any of the following:

• Grant eligibility or approval
• A particular grant amount
• Continued availability of any grant program
• Advertising results, donations, or fundraising outcomes

Final eligibility and approval are determined under the applicable grant program's requirements, which are controlled by the grant-issuing organization, not Tuition Donation.

Tuition Donation may provide marketing data, audience intelligence, targeting information, or related marketing services. Availability, completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of marketing data can vary.

Tuition Donation does not guarantee that marketing data or audience intelligence will generate any specific number of leads, donors, customers, event attendees, sales, conversions, donations, or revenue. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their own use of marketing information complies with applicable laws and contractual requirements.

Employers may purchase or obtain College Tuition Points and provide them to eligible employees or their families according to the applicable program terms. Participation in an employer program does not create an employment relationship between Tuition Donation and any employee.

Employers remain solely responsible for their own employment, payroll, tax, benefits, and regulatory obligations. These Terms do not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice. Employers should consult qualified professional advisers regarding the tax treatment of College Tuition Points under their specific program structure and applicable law.

Businesses and organizations may use College Tuition Points as incentives for eligible webinars, events, promotions, and lead-generation campaigns subject to applicable program terms. Participation in a promotional program does not guarantee attendance, leads, conversions, customers, or revenue.

Organizations using College Tuition Points in promotional programs are responsible for ensuring their programs comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

The Site and its contents, including but not limited to the Tuition Donation name, logo, website design, written content, graphics, software, and other proprietary materials, are owned by or licensed to Tuition Donation and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, scrape, commercially exploit, or otherwise misuse any content from the Site except as expressly permitted by applicable law or with our prior written authorization.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or impersonation
• Conduct automated scraping or data harvesting where prohibited
• Attempt to circumvent website security measures
• Engage in any illegal activity or facilitate illegal activity
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TUITION DONATION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. TUITION DONATION DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TUITION DONATION AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TUITION DONATION'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TUITION DONATION IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tuition Donation and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (c) your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or other rights.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
